Do You Need an Appointment?
No appointment needed. We operate on a walk-in basis for most piercings. If you're ready, we're ready.
That said, timing matters. Weekday afternoons are typically the smoothest experience. Weekends get busier — especially Saturday afternoon — and during peak hours there may be a short wait.
What Piercings Are Available as Walk-Ins?
The majority of what we offer is available same-day:
- Nostril, septum, and nose piercings
- Ear piercings — lobes, helix, tragus, conch, daith, industrial, and more
- Eyebrow, lip, and facial piercings
- Navel and surface piercings
- Cartilage piercings of all types
More complex placements may require a quick consultation before we proceed — but we handle that on the spot, same visit.
What Does It Cost?
Pricing at Platinum Body Piercings includes the piercing service and starter jewelry. We use implant-grade materials — titanium, solid gold, and niobium — because we don't cut corners on what goes in your body.
A general breakdown:
- Lobe piercings: Starting around $30–$45 per ear
- Cartilage piercings: Starting around $40–$60 depending on placement
- Nostril: Starting around $45–$60
- Septum: Starting around $50–$65
- Specialty placements: Pricing discussed at consultation
Jewelry upgrades are always available at the time of your piercing or at any follow-up visit.
What to Expect When You Arrive
Walk in, let us know what you're looking for, and we'll get you situated. Here's what the process looks like:

The whole process is usually 20–30 minutes depending on what you're getting and how busy we are.
Minors
We pierce minors for standard placements with a parent or legal guardian present. Both the minor and guardian will need valid ID. We do not pierce minors for certain placements — your piercer will let you know if something falls outside what we do for under-18s.
